Professional Experience

For more than 15 years, I  have leveraged data and best practices to create employee learning and development experiences.  These experience range from e-learning solutions, training materials and manuals and in-person facilitation for small groups to large groups up to 400.   I have a knack for making learning engaging, creative, and easy to apply back to one's day-to-day.  I am also a subject matter expert in creating and facilitating trainings around leadership, supervision and management. As well as customer service, equity, justice, and inclusion.

Through all my experiences and knowledge-my passion is learning.  I love creating and customizing learning to meet anyone's needs.  I am both a strategic thinker and creative; meaning I love helping those I work with figure out the best solutions and then deliver engaging learning.  Each audience has unique needs which requires unique solutions and I am here to customize learning and develop a learning strategy that is unique to you.
